These terms apply to photo downloads and additional print orders. By using the website, downloading a photograph or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
3. Digital photo downloads
Download codes provide access to the photograph linked to that code for personal use. Please download your photo within 30 days. After that time it may be permanently removed to help protect privacy, and we may be unable to restore it. Images must not be shared, sold, used commercially or published without our written permission.
4. Print orders
You are responsible for checking the preview, print size, quantity and delivery address before submitting an order. Prices and postage are shown before submission. Your order is an offer to buy; we will confirm acceptance and payment arrangements by email.
5. Payment and delivery
We provide payment instructions after checking your order. Print orders are not dispatched until payment has been received. Orders normally dispatch within 3–5 working days. Delivery times may vary by destination and postal service.
6. Cancellations, returns and problems
Prints are made to your selected image, size and quantity. Personalised goods may not carry the usual cancellation right once production has started, where permitted by law. This does not affect your legal rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Contact us promptly with your order number.
7. Image quality
Colours may vary between screens and printed photographs. Images may be cropped slightly to fit the chosen size. We take reasonable care to produce prints to a professional standard.
8. Privacy and governing law
Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal information. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
